🚗 Mobile Mechanic Terms and Conditions

1. 📋 Scope of Services

We provide mobile mechanic services to body shops and individual clients throughout San Diego. Services may include but are not limited to:

  • Diagnostic inspections

  • Mechanical repairs

  • Electrical system servicing

  • Engine and transmission work

  • Scheduled maintenance

All services are performed on-site at the client’s location or designated body shop.

2. 🤝 Service Agreements

  • A written or digital work order must be approved before any service begins.

  • Estimates provided are based on preliminary diagnostics and may be subject to change upon further inspection.

  • Clients must disclose any known issues or previous repairs related to the vehicle.

3. 💵 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, Venmo, or Invoice (for approved body shop partners).

  • Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per week past the due date.

  • Body shop partners may be eligible for net 15 or net 30 terms upon approval.

4. 🛠️ Parts and Labor Warranty

  • Labor is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service.

  • Parts are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty only.

  • Warranty is void if vehicle is tampered with or serviced by another party during the warranty period.

5. 🚨 Liability

  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage unrelated to the services provided.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by parts availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Vehicles must be in a safe and accessible location for service. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

6. 📍 Service Area

  • Services are available within San Diego County.

  • A travel fee may apply for locations outside a 25-mile radius of downtown San Diego.

7. 🔒 Confidentiality

  • All client and vehicle information is kept confidential and used solely for service and billing purposes.

  • We do not share or sell client data to third parties.

8. ❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 fee.

  • No-shows may result in refusal of future service.

9. ⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County.
